111 Days Replacement Policy The different Warranty Periods are:

     

    111 Days REPLACEMENT POLICY

    Terms & conditions

    •This policy is valid on new purchases of Jivi Feature phone and 4GVoLte Smartphones sold in India.

    •Customer has to visit  nearest Jivi ASC within first 111 days from date of Activation /Purchase Bill.

    •In case of Feature phones, this policy is valid from 15th  April 2017 i.e. any handset activated/Purchased on or after 15th April 2017.

    •In case of 4G VoLte smartphones, this policy is valid from 12th July 2017 i.e. any handset activated/Purchased on or after 12th July 2017.

    •Customer has to produce original purchase bill with IMEI no. mentioned to avail this offer.

    •Handset comply to warranty conditions. Replacement/swap unit is referred to handset only.

    •Only hardware defects as per warranty terms will be considered for replacement/swap.

    •Issues/defects resolved by software upgrade or changing accessories will not be eligible for replacement under this policy.

    •Replacement unit issued to customer will be at sole discretion of MIPL & will be as good as earlier.

    •Replacement provided to customer will be same model or adjacent model.

    •Policy shall not be applicable incase of unauthorized repair, tampering, liquid damage, rough usage.

    •The warranty period remains unchanged, even though after replacement.

    •Beyond 111 days, the standard repair warranty terms will be applicable.

    •ASC can refuse repairs to avoid legal hassles in case of stolen handsets/ handset involved in crime/fraudulent cases.

    •Freebies provided along with Jivi Smartphones are not included under any replacement.

    •MIPL (Jivi Mobiles) reserves the right to modify or withdraw the policy at any point without any prior intimation, any objections/claims from third party shall not be entertained in this regard.

    111 Days FREE SCREEN REPLACEMENT

    Terms & conditions

    •This policy is valid one time only on new purchases of Jivi Feature phone and 4GVoLte Smartphones sold in India.

    •Customer has to visit  nearest Jivi ASC within first 111 days from date of Activation /Purchase Bill.

    •In case of Feature phones, this policy is valid from 15th  April 2017 i.e. any handset activated/Purchased on or after 15th April 2017.

    •Screen replacement in case of Feature phones is termed as LCD replacement only & Customer has to pay service charges of Rs. 99 (excluding taxes) to avail this offer.

    •In case of 4G VoLte smartphones, this policy is valid from 12th July 2017 i.e. any handset activated/Purchased on or after 12th July 2017.

    •Screen replacement in case of Smartphones is termed as LCD/TP replacement only & Customer has to pay service charges of Rs. 299 (for 4.0 inch), Rs. 399 (For 5.0 inch), Rs. 499 (For 5.5 inch) (excluding taxes) to avail this offer.

    •Customer has to produce original purchase bill with IMEI no. mentioned to avail this offer.

    •Handset comply to warranty conditions (other than screen damage).

    •Any Breakage/damages, other than screen will not be entertained under this policy & total cost of repairs  has to be borne by customer only.

    •Policy shall not be applicable incase of unauthorized repair, tampering, liquid damage, rough usage.

    •Warranty of product shall continue for remaining warranty period after broken screen replacement.

    •ASC can refuse repairs to avoid legal hassles in case of stolen handsets/ handset involved in crime/fraudulent cases.

    •MIPL (Jivi Mobiles) reserves the right to modify or withdraw the policy at any point without any prior intimation, any objections/claims from third party shall not be entertained in this regard.

Warranty Policy

JIVI Mobiles warrants that the mobile phones and accessories purchased in India, through JIVI mobile's authorized distributors will be free from all defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the following periods from the date of original purchase, subject to the Warranty Terms and Conditions as set out below:

The warranty period starts at the time of product's original purchase by the first end-user .The product may consist of several different parts and different parts may be covered by a different warranty periods (hereinafter referred to as "Warranty Periods").The different Warranty Periods are:

    • The limited warranty for the product (except battery packs) extends for the first twelve (12) months beginning from the date of purchase of the handset.
    • The limited warranty for genuine and original Battery , Charger/ USB adopter /USB cable extends for the first Six (06) months beginning from the date of purchase of the handset.
    • The limited warranty for genuine and original Hands free extends for the first Three (03) months beginning from the date of purchase of the handset.
    • The limited warranty extends only to the original consumer of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any other person.
